1. Data controller and other figures involved in data processing

5. Data retention period and legal basis of the processing
The aggregated and anonymous browsing data, collected for the purposes referred to in paragraph 3 letter a) they are kept according to the methods and timing indicated in the Cookie Policy.

8. Method of communication
The data processing carried out for the purposes indicated in paragraph 2, may follow traditional or automated methods, where traditional means the use of standard means of communication (telephone call from operator, post on paper etc.) and for the automated use of automated call systems or of call communication without the intervention of an operator, mail electronics, fax, mms or sms messages or other guided tools by special sending software.
